Thank you for joining me and taking a look into what drives my life and sometimes keeps me up late at night. I have never been great at writing on a consistent bases, so this is my attempt. Bare with me. I live in Birmingham, AL where I walk through life with a bunch of great friends who push me to be a better person and to take care of people. We also have a lot of fun. Probably more fun with dumb things than I would like to admit. Anyways this is it for now, maybe I will add more about me another time, but I think you can get to know me through what I write.

I just wanted to tell you that I have really enjoyed your blog. You are such a wonderful person, which you have always been! I was wondering if I might use one or more of your photos of Paul, your Compassion child, in a magazine prototype I’m working on. The magazine is for young Christian women, and I’m hoping to create some Compassion ads for the prototype. So I did a Google image search for Compassion, and one of your photos popped up.
I’ll be showing the prototype to magazine-industry people, potential sponsors (Compassion, IMB, TOMS shoes, etc.), and a lot of my girlfriends, since they’re my target audience. I’d be glad to email you a pdf file of the ads when they’re finished, if you’d like.
